This complex on Oude Haagweg was acquired just before the increase in transfer tax took effect. The transfer period and due dilligince were short. The properties were opened in 2017 by a national party as an investment. When one door closes, another opens. For them, it was time to go on, which gave us the opportunity to take over this project.
