This former school building was acquired by our client when the transformation had already taken place. The school is still clearly recognisable by its entrance and corridors. The classrooms have been rearranged and transformed into apartments.
Because of the ceiling height, we were able to create more square metres of living space with mezzanines. This gives the apartments a characteristic layout. The large amount of natural light is retained through the beautiful large windows. The complex is located in a small park. As a result, you live in the middle of the city, but enjoy the peace and quiet of a detached complex
